OVERVIEW
“Graham’s mastery of the rehearsal process and ability to inspire made the experience invaluable” Rose, Australia
Graham Ross leads Singers Abroad’s 2026 Come and Sing Day after the success of last year’s event. Join us at St Saviour’s Church, Pimlico in London to work on Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem, the much-loved British anthem Greater love by John Ireland, and the short but beautiful Stabat Mater by Spanish Renaissance composer Juan Gutiérrez de Padilla. The day leads to an informal performance at the end of the afternoon followed by a glass of wine.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
The Come and Sing Day is open to singers of all ages and all voice parts. No prior knowledge or experience of either piece is necessary to participate, though a good level of choral singing experience and sight-reading skills is obviously advantageous!
The day begins with coffee and ends with an informal performance followed by a glass of wine, with plenty of opportunity to meet other participants in the breaks. There is no dress code – everything is informal and relaxed! Participants should bring their own copies of the repertoire, or, at a small extra cost, scores can be provided.

BOOKINGS
Booking is now open for our Come and Sing Day on Saturday 14 March 2026. Participants must pay the £25 participation fee in advance to secure their place on the day.
PRICINGS
The Come and Sing Day costs £25 per person, which includes all musical tuition and the informal performance, as well as tea and coffee and a glass of wine. There is an additional charge of £10 if participants wish us to hire scores on their behalf. Places are only secured once payment has been received, which is non-refundable after 21 February 2026.

In recent seasons his work has taken him to Sydney Opera House, Washington’s Library of Congress, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Concergebouw and across Europe. At the age of 25 he made his BBC Proms and Glyndebourne debuts, with other opera work taking him to Jerusalem, London, Aldeburgh and Provence. He studied music at Clare College, Cambridge and conducting at the Royal College of Music, London.
